We are happy to announce the hiring of our Director, Marcy Tribley!  Marcy comes to us with a broad range of experience.  Graduating from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Marcy has been working in Early Childhood Education for over 14 years. 

Marcy has significant experience as both a classroom teacher as well as a center director and believes in the same philosophies which The Morgan School is built upon.  Marcy’s enthusiasm for quality early childhood education is apparent the moment you meet her.  Marcy’s dedication to children and education make her a great addition to The Morgan School family.

Marcy will be joining us along with her son and daughter, who will be enrolled in our Kindergarten and School-Age rooms.

Curriculum Director back

Crista Demers-Dean is the Curriculum Director at The Morgan School. Along with her duties as an administrator and curriculum writer,
Crista also serves both as our Language Arts teacher and our Spanish teacher. Crista has her bachelor’s degree in both Early Childhood Education and Spanish, and also holds a minor in Latin American Studies. Crista studied Bilingual/Bicultural Education at the University of Connecticut at the Graduate level and had the opportunity to attend two semesters at El Colegio de Espana in Alicante, Spain. A Connecticut native, Crista is a certified teacher with a focus on pre-k through third grade and pre-kindergarten Special Education. Crista is also working on the Morgan School Curriculum, by writing language lessons and helping the teachers find resources and materials daily.

Crista’s family includes her husband, Jeff, and two sons, Parker and Cooper, who both are enrolled at The Morgan School. The Dean family (and their dog, Gigi) recently moved back to O’Fallon after a stint
in Chicago.
