The Morgan School is independently owned and managed by Meghann and Ben Cahill. Meghann & Ben met at Miami University, where they earned their undergraduate degrees in Elementary Education. 
They bring years of experience in the fields of education and business management, Meghann teaching elementary school, and Ben working
in commercial real estate and earning his Masters of Business Administration at St. Louis University.

As a teacher in two St. Louis area school districts, Meghann saw firsthand how critical the first years of education are to a child’s later academic success. Through their experience in education and business, the Cahill’s recognized a need for an education based
pre-school that partners with parents to develop an individually
tailored education plan. The Morgan School is the culmination of
Ben and Meghann’s hard work and dedication to fill this need.

Meghann’s primary responsibility is to assure that an unparalleled quality of service and education is offered to every child. Meghann is on-site full time to provide support for the educational curriculum, supervise the staff, and oversee the school’s day-to-day operations. 

Ben & Meghann are active members of the WingHaven
neighborhood of O’Fallon, and are excited to be a part of this
young and lively community.
